Claim your reward

If you are an iOS user who has used Magic Poser before our March 2022 upgrade or an Android user who has used Magic Poser before our version 3.0 update, you can claim your loyalty reward in the new Magic Poser with a few easy steps!

Start onboarding for return users

• When you open the new Magic Poser for the first time after you update the app, you will see the following welcome screen:

• Choose "I'm a return user". You will enter the onboarding flow for return users and will be guided to claim your loyalty reward during this flow.
• You can also get to this welcome screen later by going to the Tutorials page by tapping on the Tutorials tab at the bottom of the home screen, and then tap "Get started".

Claim your reward

• On the next screen, you can either tap "See what's new" to see a slide show of the most exciting new features, or you can skip it by tapping "No, I shall check later". You can always go back to the Tutorials page and tap on "Get started" to start the onboarding flow again.

• After going through the slide show, you will land on the loyalty reward page.

• Tap on "See what I got!" to check what loyalty reward you qualify for. Please make sure that you have a Magic Poser account. If you are not signed into your account, we will prompt you to sign in to your account (or create a new one if you don't have one) before you can continue checking your reward.
  • We require you to sign into your account for this step so that we can look up your account history to get you the most reward you qualify for, and also store your reward safely in our database!

• After a few seconds of communicating with our server, you will see your reward displayed on screen! If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will help you resolve your problem as soon as possible.

Check your reward on account page

You can also check your reward again on Account page after claiming it during the onboarding for return users:

• Navigate to Account page by tapping on the "Account" tab  on home page.
• Tap on "My Rewards" button located in the Account section of the Account page. You will see the details about the reward that you qualify for.
