Benefits of your Magic Poser account

Creating an account with Magic Poser allows you to unlock a range of exciting features and benefits our app has to offer, including:

• Try our Pro and Master experience for free! Only logged in users can start the 7-day free trial for our Pro and Master versions.
• Easily manage your purchases and subscriptions. Creating an account allows you to keep all information about your free trials, purchases and subscriptions safe in our database.
• Back up files to Cloud and access your work across multiple devices (Pro and Master only). You can back up your local files to your account as well. To access them on a different device, simply log into your account and redownload them. Please note that this feature is only available in our Pro and Master versions.
• Share your work with a community of over 12 million creators! By creating a Magic Poser account, you can share your 3D scenes publicly in our Community. Your work can be enjoyed by over 12 million users around the globe!

Accessing the Account page

To go to the Account page, tap on the "Account" tab on home page.

Create an account

With email and password

• Tap on the "LOG IN" button at the top of the account page.
• Tap on "Create account" under the big title "Welcome Back".
• Enter a valid email address and press "Continue". Please note that you will need to verify this email later by clicking on the "Verify account" link in the verification email we send you. We can only send reset password email and important updates about our app to valid email addresses.
• Enter your password and press "Continue". Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long.
• Enter your age and press "Create Account". Your age won't be part of your public profile. We ask for this information because we cannot create accounts for minors without the guardian's consent.
• We will send an email to confirm the creation of your new account. Please make sure to check your spam inbox as well. Open the email and click on the verification button, and you are all set!

With Apple ID

You can also create a Magic Poser account by linking your Apple ID.

• Tap on the "LOG IN" button at the top of the account page.
• Tap on the "Continue with Apple" button.
• Follow the iOS system instructions to link your Magic Poser account with your Apple ID. You can choose either to share or hide your personal email. Even if you hide your personal email, we will still be able to deliver emails to you using Apple's private relay system.

With Facebook

You can also create a Magic Poser account by linking your Facebook account.

• Tap on the "LOG IN" button at the top of the account page.
• Tap on the "Continue with Facebook" button.
• Follow instructions from Facebook to link your Magic Poser account with your Facebook account.

Log in

With email and password

• Tap on the "LOG IN" button at the top of the account page.
• Enter your email or username. Press "Continue".
• Enter your password. Press "Continue" to complete the login process.

With Apple ID

• Tap on the "LOG IN" button at the top of the account page.
• Tap on the "Continue with Apple" button.
• Follow the iOS system instructions to login with your Apple ID.

With Facebook

• Tap on the "LOG IN" button at the top of the account page.
• Tap on the "Continue with Facebook" button.
• Follow instructions from Facebook to login with your Facebook account.

Log out

• Tap on the red "Log Out" button located in the "Account" section on the Account page.

Reset password

If you ever forget your password, don't worry! You can reset with a few easy steps.

When you are logged out

• Tap on the "LOG IN" button at the top of the account page.
• Enter your email or username. Press "Continue".
• Tap on "Forget password?" under the big title "Welcome Back".
• Confirm the email address you want us to send the reset password email to. Tap on "SEND RESET LINK" button.
• You should see a confirmation page that confirms the delivery of the reset password email. Be sure to also check your spam inbox for the reset password email. If you do not receive it after a while, tap on the "RESEND EMAIL" button on the confirmation email to resend the email.
• Tap on the "Reset password" button in the email. If you are opening the email on your mobile device with Magic Poser installed, it will directly open the reset password screen in the app. If you are opening the email on desktop or if you do not have Magic Poser installed on your phone, it will open our reset password webpage in your browser.
• Enter your new password and reenter in the text input below to confirm it.
• Tap on "RESET PASSWORD" to complete the process. Now you can login with your new password.

When you are logged in

• Tap on the "Reset Password" button located in the "Account" section on the Account page.
• Confirm the email address you want us to send the reset password email to. The rest of the steps are the same as above.

Delete your account

• Tap on the "Delete Account" button located in the "Account" section on the Account page.
• In the dialog that pops up, confirm that you truly want to delete your account. Please note that once you delete your account, you will PERMANENTLY lose access to the following:
  • All the scenes you backed up to Cloud or shared to Community.
  • All the assets you purchased in our old Asset Store (before version 1.45 for iOS, before version 3.0 for Android).
  • Your username, email or any other information associated with your account.
• After you confirm, we will send an email to your registered email address with a one-time verification code.
• Enter the verification code in the provided text field in the app, then click on "Submit". Your account will now be deleted.
