You can also change other settings of your account on the Account page.
Change language
The language in the app will be set to match the language on your device by default. If you want to use a different language:
- Tap on the "Language" button located in the "Preferences" section on the Account page.
- Choose the desired language from the "Select Language" menu.
Upgrade to Pro or Master
You can upgrade to Pro or Master version in the "Account" section on the Account page. To learn more about our paid versions and how to upgrade, please read the Billing section in our User Manual.
Restore Purchases
Your purchases are stored safely with Apple and in our database.
- If you ever found a missing purchase, please first try the "Restore Purchases" button located in the "Account" section on the Account page.
- For common purchase problems and how to troubleshoot, please read the Billing section in our User Manual.
- You can always get in contact with our support staff with your problem as well! Please read the "Support" section below on how to get in contact with our team.
Change username
- Tap on "Change Username" button located in the "Account" section on the Account page.
- Enter your new username. Press on "Save". Please note that you can only change username up to 3 times within 24 hours. If you changed it more than 3 times, an error popup will show up that tells you to wait and try again later.
My Rewards
If you have downloaded Magic Poser before the iOS launch of the new Magic Poser on March 16, 2022, you may qualify for our amazing loyalty rewards for our long-time supporters!
