Anything you see in your Local scene files within the My Files page are scenes that are saved directly on your current device. Whenever you exit a scene you are working on in the 3D Editor, that scene file will be automatically saved here.
Below we will show you different ways you can manage your Local scene files.
Manage your Local scenes
- In the My Files page, tap the Local button
to enter the Local Scene Files page.
- Pick the scene you want to manage, then tap the More button
located below the scene file thumbnail on the right. A list of actions will pop up from the bottom of the screen:
- Tap Rename to change the name of your selected local scene file. Enter the new name in the dialog that pops up and press "Save".
- Tap Duplicate to make a copy of your selected local scene file.
- Tap Backup to Cloud to back up your scene to your private Cloud. How to use the private Cloud is explained in detail in Back up your scenes to private Cloud.
- Tap Share to share your scene with other users on our Community page. How to share your scene with other Magic Poser users is explained in detail in Share your scenes with the community.
- Tap Delete to permanently delete your selected local scene file. Tap "Delete" in the confirmation dialog if you really want to delete the scene. Once a scene file is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
- Tap Export to export your scene as Magic Poser file (.mp). You can do so in the Import/Export menu as well. Exporting to Magic Poser files is explained in detail in Export to Magic Poser File.
