You can export your 3D scene to a PNG image in the Import/Export menu. Let's take a look at how to do that:
- In the Import/Export menu, choose the "Export" tab.
- In the list of options that show up, choose "2D images".
- Choose your desired export options:
- File type: The file format that you wish to export.
- Includes: What you wish to include in the exported image. You can use the switch
to include/exclude sky and ground.
- Transparent background: Use the switch
to make the background transparent or opaque. For example, if you exclude sky and ground, the default exported image will be your scene against an opaque white background, which may make the image hard to use in other graphics programs. You can turn on transparent background to export your scene with a transparent background.
- Hit the big blue "Export" button at the bottom and choose what you want to do with your image. In the example below, we saved the image to the Photos app on our iPhone.
